Terms and Conditions – pk365win Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to pk365win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk365win ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the pk365win website, mobile platform, and all services offered through it, including sports betting, live casino, slots and any other gaming products.

By registering an account on pk365win, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pk365win and should close your account immediately.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions or betting markets on pk365win. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Registration

If we discover at any time that a player is under the age of 18, that account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited. 2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating a pk365win account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Any information found to be false, misleading or incomplete may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on pk365win. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or through different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, pk365win reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all bets and forfeit all associated balances.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk365win may request identity verification documents at any time. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie for facial verification. You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. Delays in providing documentation may result in temporary account restrictions.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365win account credentials, including your username, password and any security codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity carried out through your account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact pk365win support immediately at support@pk365win.bet. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but pk365win cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to allow any third party to use your pk365win account for any purpose. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate closure without refund of any remaining balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pk365win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (from any Pakistani bank)
• Pakistani Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits to your pk365win account are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances involving bank transfers, processing may take up to two business hours. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, you must have completed the identity verification process described in Section 2.4. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits, or to accounts in your verified name. pk365win does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by pk365win are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to its full terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by pk365win carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus at 20x wagering requires Rs 100,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses at pk365win are available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, loyalty offers and seasonal promotions which are communicated separately. Only one bonus may be active on a pk365win account at any time.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

pk365win reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, patterns of betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behaviour that appears designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.

5.5 Refer a Friend Programme

The pk365win Refer a Friend programme rewards existing players for introducing new players to the platform. 6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on pk365win are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections, stake amounts and bet type before confirming. pk365win will not reverse or modify bets on the grounds of player error after confirmation.

6.2 Odds and Results

pk365win sets odds based on real-time market data. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If a match starts before you confirm your pre-match bet, the bet will be void and your stake returned.

6.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours, technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, or events outside the control of pk365win that prevent a fair outcome being determined. In all void cases, the full stake amount is returned to the player's account.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to additional conditions. During live betting, there may be brief periods when markets are suspended — for example, during reviews of potential scoring events or disciplinary actions. Bets placed during a suspended market will be rejected and the stake not deducted. All confirmed in-play bets stand regardless of subsequent events in the match.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

The maximum amount that can be won from a single bet on pk365win is Rs 5,000,000. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout applies to the total combined return across all legs. pk365win reserves the right to reduce stake limits on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.

7. Casino Games

All casino games on pk365win — including slots, baccarat, roulette, teen patti, blackjack, and live dealer games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or are streamed live from audited studios. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including pk365win itself.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within the game information panel for each title. These percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant displayed at the table. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the ruling of the live studio will be final subject to review by pk365win management.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk365win. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on pk365win under any circumstances
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity information
• Sharing, selling or transferring your pk365win account to another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corruption related to sporting events
• Money laundering or using pk365win for any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to collude with other players or with platform staff to manipulate outcomes
• Using VPNs or proxy services to obscure your true location or identity
• Abusing bonus terms in a manner designed to extract value without genuine play

pk365win employs both automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Our fraud detection team reviews flagged accounts regularly.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your pk365win account at any time by contacting our support team at support@pk365win.bet. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited. Deposits made with real money that have not been wagered are eligible for return.

10.2 Closure by pk365win

pk365win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious betting patterns, failure to provide requested verification documents, or any other circumstance that warrants action in the interest of player safety or platform integrity.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account on pk365win is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. A dormant account administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, and the account can be reactivated at any time by logging in.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk365win platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, page designs, written content, images, software, game interfaces and data feeds — is the intellectual property of pk365win or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pk365win content without prior written permission.

The pk365win name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of our brand identity — including on social media profiles, copycat websites or third-party promotional materials — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

12. Limitation of Liability

pk365win provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. We take all reasonable steps to maintain platform stability but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk365win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits or any other financial losses beyond the amount you have deposited in the specific session giving rise to the claim.

pk365win's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period preceding the incident. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable under Pakistani law.

13. Privacy & Data

pk365win collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect personal data necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. All data transmitted between your device and pk365win servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk365win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of pk365win after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact us to arrange account closure.
